What Design Package should I choose?

We offer bronze, silver or gold packages. Select the right package for you. Each package has its own starting budget, and comes with extras to help you decide. For example if you're on a strict budget, try the bronze package. If you require more designers, try the silver package. If your wish to receive the best from our crowd and FreelanceLogo then why not go for the gold package.

You can also make a custom package of your own. Set your own budget to get what you want from FreelanceLogo and our crowd of talented designers.

Remember if you're not satisfied with the designs, then we have our "100% money back guarantee" to help you.

How come my project isn't getting any entries?

If you’re not getting entries or many designs to your project, ask yourself the following questions:

Is my project attractive to designers? Designers in our crowd are less likely to enter a project that isn’t a guaranteed prize or offers the minimum prize. Consider increasing the prize fund to attract more designers. Or make it guaranteed, so designers know you will select a winner.
Have I waited long enough? The more complex your design project, the longer it will take for designs to produce designs.
Is your project title and brief clear and to the point?
Is your project set to the right project type?

Can I choose the amount I pay?

Yes you can! If you wish to set your own amount simply choose custom budget when starting a project. This will include all FreelanceLogo fees and a Prize fund!

Remember the greater your budget the greater the visibility your contest will get. This results in more designers, more designs and better quality designs.

The 100% Money back guarantee applies to custom prize projects too!

Am I allowed to use clip art or stock images?

Designers are strongly urged not to use clip art or stock imagines in their designs. Most Licenses for such images are non-transferable. This means you cannot just give the license to the project holder. Also be aware licenses don't always cover the image to be used commercially, i.e. a logo

You can use clip art or stock imagines under the following rules:
The design is not going to used commercially and you declare to the contest holder that you're using licensed content, regardless of the license type, or whether they'll need to buy the license or not.

If you fail to declare the licensed content you've used, you will be liable for any damages incurred by the contest holder. Contest holders aren't going to be happy if they are legally pursued over copyright issues arising from your work.

Do your own works

We want you to be creative! FreelanceLogo will not tolerate the copying of designs, whether within FreelanceLogo or from other sources. Remember you must have the legal right to use and transfer any stock imagines in your designs.

Payment Schedule

FreelanceLogo will pay the project prize to the winning designer on the following schedule: If the project holder has selected you as the winner and has received your final files and all confirmation PDF's have been returned to FreelanceLogo then payment will be made within 3 working days of this time (subject to additional clearing period of payment method)

How do I get paid?

Currently FreelanceLogo use PayPal to send Project prize funds to winning designs. If you win a project funds will be released within 3 working days of receipt of confirmation from the project holder. As we use PayPal please make sure you have entered a valid PayPal ID in your profile settings.

One design per Project

It's tempting to try to run a single project for your logo, website and business cards, but please don't. You might like a logo from one designer and a website from another; you can only select one winner. Simply launch more design projects; FreelanceLogo has many project types to choose from.

How do I provide feedback?

There are several ways to leave feedback

Leave a comment. You can post comments at the bottom of your project page. You can link your comments to designs by using #(number of design, i.e. #32).
Rate the designs. This gives an indication of what you do and do not like. Use the stars on the bottom of each design thumbnail imagine, click the rating you’d like to give.
Eliminating designs. This lets designers know that specific design wasn’t what you were looking for and it’s not being considered. To eliminate a design, simply hover your mouse over a thumbnail and click the "eliminate" that appears at the bottom.

Copyright

Remember you only own the designs that you pay for. You are not allowed to use any of the designs in your project without having the copyright transferred legally to yourself.
